In addition to entering weight as pounds and ounces (example: 10/12), you can enter weight as pounds with a decimal value (example: 10.625 lbs.). You can enter up to four decimal places.   Q: We fish tournaments using 2-person teams. How does your fishing software handle team statistics? A: After entering your 2-person team name into the club roster, tournament results reflect the team's score not an individual's score.   Q: Can Tracker allow an individual to drop one or more tournaments from his/her year-to-date statistics? A: Yes. Tournament Tracker allows you to easily drop one or more tournaments for each person on your roster. A report can be generated listing dropped events for each person.   Q: Can the program handle multiple species? A: Yes. You can create your own list of species. After entering results, you can view the weight of the biggest fish recorded for each species, by tournament or year-to-date.   Q: We hold many multi-day events. Can we view statistics for both an individual day of the event and for the entire event? A: Yes. Statistics are compiled and can be viewed and printed for daily totals, as well as, for the overall event.   Q: Can statistics be posted on our club's website? A: Yes. Tracker allows you to export tournament results and your tournament schedule to a preformatted HTML table that is ready for you to copy and paste into your website.   Q: How can I add results to our club's newsletter? A: Tournament Tracker exports results to a .txt file that you can copy and paste to your club's newsletter.   Q: Can Tracker convert the length-to-points? A: Yes. Tracker converts length-to-points based on your club's criteria. Points are then automatically calculated and totaled.   Q: Can Tracker convert the length-to-weight? A: Yes. Tracker can also convert length-to-weight based on your club's conversion chart. Weights are automatically calculated and totaled. Q: Can your software award a bonus for each live fish weighted in? A: Yes. Setup options have been added to version 4 to allow you to define the weight or point bonus to awarded for each live fish. When you enter the number of fish caught, along with the number of dead fish weighed in, if any, the software automatically calculates and applies the proper bonus amount.   Q: Our club uses its own point system. Can Tracker handle it? A: Yes. Tournament Tracker can accommodate many different types of point systems as outlined below. 1. Standard B.A.S.S./A.B.A. style point system. Each place/rank is separated by an equal number of points. For example: 200 points for 1st Place 195 points for 2nd Place 190 points for 3rd Place A 50 point minimum is awarded for participating or a participant that doesn't catch a fish is awarded 10 points below the number of points that the last person who caught a fish scored. 2. Points assigned based a chart. (Customizable by club.) For example: 120 points for 1st Place 115 points for 2nd Place 108 points for 3rd Place 102 points for 4th Place 3. Extra points awarded for 1st,Place. Some clubs award extra points to the top finisher. For example: 20 points extra for 1st Place Every point system that any club has requested is now included in Tournament Tracker.   Q: Do you offer free update/upgrades as they become available? A: Our policy is to make updates/upgrades available free or charge for a period of six months from original date of purchase. Q: Our club awards a bonus for those members who attend our club meetings. Can your fishing software handle this? A: Yes, version 4 can automatically award a point or weight bonus (your choice) for each meeting attended.
